Hello, my name is Anastasiy. Nice to meet you!

I’m a software engineer, graphic artist, photographer, founder and demiurge at Anastasiy.com. I’m building solutions for the special effects and game production — the essential software for painters and graphical artists widely used around the world.

My software has been adopted for many years inside studios like Disney, Blizzard, Epic Games, Crytek, Dreamworks and many others. It includes MagicPicker color wheel, MagicSquire brush group manager, MixColors color mixer and DiskFonts font manager.

San Francisco, 2014. Me and Craig Shoji
San Francisco (USA), 2014. Me and Craig Shoji, concept artist on “Alice in Wonderland”, “Avatar”, “Jurassic World”, you name it! Our first customer!

I travel quite a lot — been to and lived in great places and countries of the world like India, China, Armenia, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico and the USA (where I reside). The recent place I spent almost 4 years in — Ecuador, I consider it my second home — the land of scenic landscapes, photogenic villages and rainforests, my source of the inspiration forever.

Climbing Cotopaxi volcano
Latacunga canton, Ecuador, 2012. I’m climbing Cotopaxi volcano – almost 1 mile all the way up on foot with crampons and ice axes. The snowy top of the mountain is barely seen from here, covered with clouds.

Most of my free time I love to spend prototyping new ideas, painting, traveling, watching movies, playing video games, reading Sci-Fi, baking and surfing.

My other projects include photography shows at safari.gallery, Crispy Driven Pixels and VR startup Microtrip.

*My panels support Adobe® Photoshop®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe InDesign®, Adobe Flash®, Adobe Dreamweaver®, Adobe Premiere®, Adobe Fireworks®.
